Stephen Russell Davies, meglio noto come Russell T Davies, è nato il 27 aprile 1963 a Swansea nel Galles. Ha prodotto serie televisive di successo come “Queer as Folk”, “Doctor Who” e i suoi spinoff “Torchwood” e “The Sarah Jane Adventures”.
